Nick Diminich, Acquisitions Analyst, helps Sharpline expand geographic reach for multifamily acquisitions. Nick's strengths in analytics coupled with his unique ability to develop strong relationships with brokers, investors and vendors in all of our target markets is a welcomed addition to the growing team. He has an uncommon ability to connect with sellers directly to increase our direct-to-seller and off-market opportunities. 

Nick graduated New York University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports Management. After several years as an assistant in a corporate law firm, Nick began working as an investment sales analyst at a boutique Manhattan brokerage specializing in Mixed-Use and Multifamily sales before transitioning to Sharpline full-time.
