Principals of Sharpline own property in the strong submarket of Clarkston, Georgia, located 8 miles outside of downtown Atlanta.  Atlanta continues to be one of the hottest multifamily markets in the southeast and Sharpline is continuing its efforts to expand its portfolio in select submarkets of Atlanta.


Chattanooga – Tennessee

Principals of Sharpline own property in Chattanooga, TN.  Beginning with the opening of Amazon’s large distribution center and Volkwagen’s manufacturing center, Chattanooga continues to consistently attract new business.


Foley - Alabama

Principals of Sharpline own property in Foley, Alabama.  Located in Baldwin County, the fastest growing county in Alabama, this area is showing positive trending with increased population and decreased unemployment.


Syracuse - New York

Principals of Sharpline own several properties in Syracuse NY.  Syracuse is a stable market anchored by the Upstate University Health System, Syracuse University and St. Joseph’s Hospital.  In 2009 SJUH embarked on a $220 Mil expansion project which has transformed the surrounding area of the North Side.  Syracuse stability is illustrated by historical home price appreciation values.  Syracuse home price values were not as affected as compared to many other markets during the recession period of 2008-2011. Syracuse named number 1 domestic city for reshoring of administration jobs
